- Record battery voltage
- Record specific gravity
- Check electrolyte and water level
- Visual inspection
- Inspect single-point watering system (spws)
- Inspect cables, contacts, housing, cell tops, intercell connectors, and accessories
- Neutralize and wipe clean
- Provide detailed report findings
- Visual inspection of charger cabinet, cables, contact, and housing
- Vacuum inside of charger cabinet
- Check D/C output to battery to confirm proper charging amperage
- Provide comprehensive report of findings and recommended solutions
- Remove corrosion from cell tops and battery tray
- Neutralize and clean battery
- All wash water is contained and disposed of per TCEQ regulations
- Water recovery fee may apply
- Fill battery to correct level
- Visual inspection of the watering system
- Visual inspection of the conditions of the battery
- Report any finding for possible onsite repair
